Auto Finance Coordinator

The Auto Finance Coordinator partners with Auto Finance Specialists to support the daily loan closing process by compiling, reviewing, and verifying auto loan packages prior to funding. The role pre-audits closing documents to confirm compliance with underwriting, policy, program, and regulatory requirements, ensuring loans are funded efficiently, accurately, and on time. The Coordinator manages a high-volume closing pipeline in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively with internal and external partners, and uses CUTX-approved AI and productivity tools to support document review, exception triage, and process improvement.
