About this role

A mid-level Scrum Master supporting Agile delivery across technology teams focused on data, automation, and AI-enabled solutions, collaborating with Product Owners, Engineering teams, and business stakeholders to ensure consistent sprint execution, delivery transparency, and risk management.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Support Agile teams in delivering committed sprint objectives with predictability and quality
Identify, track, and help remove delivery impediments and risks
Partner with Product Owners to ensure backlog readiness, prioritization, and clear acceptance criteria
Manage dependencies across engineering, data, automation, and business teams

Skills

Qualifications

3–6 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or similar roleExperience supporting technology delivery teams (software, data, automation, or AI)Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile delivery frameworksExperience with Agile tooling such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similarStrong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills
