The Automation Analyst will design and implement intelligent automation solutions, including agentic bots using Microsoft Copilot and large language models, to improve operational efficiency across the organization. The role involves collaborating with business units to map processes, develop and manage bot lifecycles, ensure security and compliance, and provide documentation and training for adoption.
