Automation and Controls Supervisor

The Automation and Controls Supervisor guides automation-related initiatives at the North East, PA pizza plant, providing technical guidance and directing reactive, corrective, and planned activities in coordination with the Salina plant strategy. This role involves leading the planning and scheduling of work for the controls and electrical team to install, troubleshoot, and calibrate control devices that automate industrial manufacturing processes. The position serves as a key leader in utilizing Asset Optimization elements, including Planning and Scheduling, Defect Elimination, and Breakdown Elimination.
