About this role

The Automation Development Program is designed to develop Automation Sr. Maintenance Technicians for Niagara Bottling’s Maintenance department through a combination of formal classroom training and on-the-job training. Participants will learn to perform automation functions for high-speed bottling equipment and utilities, shadow senior technicians, and assist with maintenance projects and equipment repairs. The role focuses on building technical expertise in a dynamic manufacturing environment while adhering to safety and company procedures.

Responsibilities

Shadow PLC technicians and assist with automation projects
Perform on-demand maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment
Research and document automation functions for bottling equipment
