Automation Engineer

This role is responsible for the design, development, qualification, deployment, and sustaining of automation equipment and production fixtures at the component and finished product level. The position involves supporting R&D and Manufacturing Engineering with the development of fixtures and automation solutions to enable product and process development. The role requires managing equipment lifecycles, leading technical reviews, and partnering with external vendors to develop equipment concepts and implementation plans. Additionally, the position focuses on optimizing equipment designs to improve quality, efficiency, and capacity while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
