About this role

The Automation Process Engineer will lead initiatives to modernize and automate wire processing and assembly operations, driving improvements in production capability, quality, and efficiency. This role reports to the Sr. Manager of Process Engineering and is expected to be based in Jacksonville, FL or Surrey, B.C., with approximately 30% travel. The position supports integration of new automation technologies and continuous improvement across manufacturing processes. The role contributes to long-term equipment strategy and operator enablement within a large-scale manufacturing environment.
