About this role

The Automation Specialist at Wolf provides professional technical support for programming, configuration, and maintenance of industrial automation and control systems across midstream energy facilities. Working closely with Engineering, Maintenance, and Operations teams, the role focuses on optimizing control systems, ensuring facility reliability, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives while adhering to strict health, safety, and environmental standards.

Responsibilities

Configure and maintain distributed control systems and PLCs
Optimize control systems to maximize facility reliability and minimize downtime
Manage telecom systems and support IT infrastructure for NGL units
Supervise third-party automation contractors and review technical proposals
Participate in hazard analysis meetings and operational modification processes
