This role serves as a visible leader within the Cold Crew, fostering strong relationships and promoting company culture while acting as a key liaison between automation staff and other departments. The position focuses on enhancing operational efficiency through training, mentoring, and troubleshooting electromechanical controls, PLC programs, and automated material handling equipment. It also involves monitoring and optimizing Warehouse Management and Control Systems to ensure effective and efficient warehouse operations.
