Automotive Fixed Operations Support Specialist

This role leverages dealership Fixed Operations experience to support Sales Representatives by introducing, demonstrating, and training automotive dealership personnel on the SmartVMA program. The specialist acts as a customer-facing trainer and technical expert, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting to help Service Departments successfully implement and use the software. The position involves regular travel to dealerships across Canada and occasionally the United States to build relationships and deliver training.
