Automotive Mechanic/ Technician

The Automotive Technician is responsible for effectively and efficiently diagnosing and repairing customer vehicles while adhering to the MAP guidelines and in accordance with dealership, manufacturers, and Tire Outlet Automotive standards. The role involves performing work as outlined on the Multi-point Inspection and/or Repair Order with efficiency and accuracy, explaining technical diagnoses to non-mechanical individuals, and recommending necessary services to keep the customer's vehicle in running condition. The position requires maintaining appropriate ASE certifications and following all safety procedures.
