Automotive Mechanic

This position involves performing journey-level work to troubleshoot and repair a variety of vehicles and equipment, including automobiles, trucks, construction machinery, and specialized units like fire pumpers. The role requires diagnosing malfunctions, conducting repairs and overhauls on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, and ensuring equipment is maintained to operational standards. Incumbents may also be required to perform emergency repairs, tow equipment, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
