The Service Advisor / Service Writer supports Motorworld’s busy Pre-Owned automotive Service Department by greeting customers and consulting with them on their vehicle service needs. The role acts as the primary customer contact to schedule and manage service appointments, prepare service estimates, and ensure adherence to manufacturer warranty specifications. The position works onsite at the dealership and participates in MileOne’s training and employee programs.
