Automotive Technician A Tech

The Lead Technician position requires experience and technical expertise to diagnose drivability and electrical systems while using leadership and mentoring skills to drive a team toward increased customer care and satisfaction. The role involves diagnosing and repairing various automotive systems, explaining technical diagnoses to non-mechanical individuals, and staying current with automotive technology through paid formal training. Technicians are also responsible for assisting and training other technicians and obtaining or maintaining A.S.E. certifications.
