About this role
An Automotive Technician at Bridgestone Retail Operations diagnoses drivability and electrical systems and performs general automotive maintenance and repairs across company-owned retail locations. The role supports customer satisfaction through inspections, road tests, and part installations while contributing to a team environment and mentoring others. Technicians work within a performance-based (flat-rate) pay model and are expected to obtain ASE certifications within the first two years.
