About this role

The Release Train Engineer at Caterpillar serves as a servant leader and chief coach for Agile Release Trains delivering enterprise-scale digital platforms. This role focuses on PI execution, flow optimization, and cross-team alignment within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to ensure predictable delivery and strategic alignment.

Responsibilities

Facilitate core ART ceremonies including PI Planning and Inspect and Adapt sessions
Drive end-to-end program increment execution and track delivery objectives
Coach Scrum Masters and Product Owners on SAFe roles and behaviors
Identify and resolve systemic impediments impacting platform delivery flow
Partner with architecture teams to sequence enablers and modernization work
