About this role

Retro is seeking a scientist to support its clinical-stage autophagy program, driving analytical development and quality control as the program advances from Phase I to Phase II. The role involves developing and executing analytical strategies for RTR242 and next-generation compounds, partnering with CMC and Quality teams, and overseeing external partners. This position focuses on small-molecule analytical development to improve tissue function and target mechanisms of aging.
