Autotech Technical Trainer

An Autotech Technical Trainer at NAPA delivers essential automotive diagnostic training to AutoCare and Major Account shop employees to reduce vehicle comebacks and increase parts sales. This role requires developing effective partnerships, designing training schedules, and providing outstanding in-person instruction using adult learning principles while traveling up to 70% of the time. The trainer is expected to maintain physical stamina for long presentations and handle heavy equipment logs.
