A/V Support Technician I

The A/V Support Technician I serves as the entry point into the A/V technician career path, providing daily audiovisual support across the organization. This role responds to incident calls, diagnoses and resolves A/V issues in conference rooms, training rooms, and auditorium spaces, and provides hands-on support for live events including recording and streaming. The technician works independently on routine tasks while building the system depth needed to progress toward Level II.
