Aviation Operations Specialist

The University of Maryland Eastern Shore is seeking a full-time Aviation Operations Specialist to support the safe, efficient, and regulatory-compliant operation of its aviation programs. The role involves daily aviation operations, scheduling, dispatch, recordkeeping, and regulatory compliance, with assignments primarily in either Flight Training or Aircraft Maintenance based on candidate qualifications.
