AVP, Accounting & Controls

The AVP, Accounting & Controls leads the quarterly accounting close for Workplace Benefits & Retirement, Individual Insurance, and Wealth divisions while strengthening internal controls and driving process improvements. This leadership role oversees a team of approximately 65 FTEs, fostering talent development and innovation within the Canada Finance accounting ecosystem. The position requires a transformational finance leader to ensure operational excellence and build collaborative partnerships across Canadian and Lifeco Finance teams.
