About this role

The AVP, AI – Group Functions AI Transformation Delivery leads end-to-end AI-enabled transformation for Risk, Legal, Procurement, and Compliance, with a focus on financial crime detection. This senior role bridges business strategy and AI engineering to deliver Classical, Generative, and Agentic AI solutions while ensuring enterprise security and governance standards.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of AI solutions for Risk and Compliance functions
Shape pragmatic delivery roadmaps and manage multidisciplinary engineering teams
Conduct full-stack AI engineering including prototyping and architecture decisions
Partner with functional leaders to identify high-impact AI opportunities
Ensure all solutions meet enterprise standards for security and responsible AI
