AVP- Assistant Manager Compliance

The AVP- Assistant Manager Compliance role supports the Compliance Management team in handling day-to-day KYC and name screening referrals, ensuring adherence to the Bank’s KYC Standards and regulatory requirements. The position involves acting as a point of contact for Compliance Assurance and Internal Audit, providing technical guidance to Compliance Officers, and supporting the Squad Lead in achieving business goals through compliant solutions. Additionally, the role includes maintaining awareness of UAE regulations, preparing management reports, and ensuring alignment with LEAN Sustain requirements.
