The AVP, Authentication – Wallets is a multifunctional role responsible for monitoring the performance, tools, and strategies of Synchrony’s wallet authentication programs. This position involves developing tactical and strategic action plans to address wallet and tokenization fraud risks while partnering with cross-functional teams to enhance digital wallet programs. The role requires leveraging digital analytics tools to analyze user behavior, identify friction points, and drive continuous improvement opportunities.
