AVP, AWS Security Engineer

As an AVP of AWS Security and Governance within LPL's Cloud Center of Excellence, you will act as a hands-on senior cloud security engineer responsible for codifying controls in AWS Security Hub and Config. This role involves partnering with enterprise security and engineering teams to raise the cloud security posture, manage vulnerability findings, and embed security governance into the infrastructure-as-code pipeline. You will also drive the adoption of agentic AI tools for automated control authoring and incident triage while ensuring compliance with financial regulations like FINRA.
