AVP, Community Resilience

Chubb is seeking an AVP, Community Resilience to advance its Community Resilience Initiative by helping communities reduce natural catastrophe risk and strengthen resilience under a changing climate. The role combines technical expertise in areas such as natural hazards, resilient design, engineering, planning, or data analytics with strong project management skills to turn risk information into practical action. This position involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners to identify community needs, evaluate mitigation opportunities, and manage projects that connect physical risk reduction with insurance outcomes.
