The Associate Vice President and Executive Director will lead Carnegie Mellon University’s Swartz Center for Entrepreneurship to expand campus-wide entrepreneurship, translate research into startups, and elevate CMU’s profile as a global leader in founding and scaling high-impact ventures. The role partners with faculty, students, staff, alumni, investors, and industry to build programs, networks, and funding pathways that accelerate startup creation and growth. Reporting to the Vice President for Research, the Executive Director will also serve as a visible ambassador and fundraiser for the university’s entrepreneurship agenda.
