The AVP, IAM User Reconciliation Product Owner leads the strategy and oversight of Synchrony’s user access reconciliation platform, ensuring identity governance data aligns with target systems. This role is the product owner for the identity governance reconciliation service, managing a team of analysts and engineers and advancing the platform roadmap to protect the workforce and systems. It sits within Synchrony Identity and Access Management Technology and Governance and partners with security, audit, and business stakeholders.
