About this role

As an Associate Vice President in In-Force Management, you will identify and execute strategic initiatives to optimize financial performance and capital across Sun Life Canada's in-force businesses. You will collaborate with executive leadership and external partners to analyze profitability, manage capital transactions, and enhance transparency for legacy products while fostering a high-performing team culture.
