About this role
The Assistant Vice President, Incentive and Reward Operations leads the operational management and governance of enterprise-wide incentive, rewards, and advisor Club programs across the Wealth Management organization. The role ensures programs are scalable, compliant, and aligned to business objectives while partnering with Strategy, Finance, Compliance, Legal, Technology, and vendors. The AVP delivers accurate, timely, and transparent incentive outcomes and supports program launches, enhancements, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
