About this role
The AVP of Observability Engineering will lead the design and evolution of an AI-powered observability ecosystem to ensure security, efficiency, and resiliency across the company’s technology platforms. This leader will own enterprise observability platforms and embed Generative and Agentic AI capabilities to improve detection, diagnosis, and predictive alerting. The role partners with SRE, Platform, and Security teams and manages a team of subject-matter experts to drive reliability and operational stability.
