About this role

The AVP, Implementation & Innovation serves as a senior leader responsible for shaping and operationalizing the strategic agenda across Retail & Wealth Operations at Manulife. This role acts as a strategic integrator, translating enterprise strategies into scalable outcomes while driving a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Key duties include overseeing complex program delivery, embedding risk and compliance standards, and leading digital transformation initiatives.
