The AVP for Sponsored Research Programs and Research Compliance leads operational oversight of the institution’s sponsored research administration, covering the full lifecycle of pre-award and post-award activities. The role designs and implements efficient, scalable, and compliant processes to support the growth, integrity, and sustainability of the research enterprise while partnering with senior leadership. The AVP also manages a team that includes multiple Directors to ensure alignment with institutional strategy and service-oriented support for faculty and investigators.
