AVP, Tax

The AVP, Tax serves as the primary tax executive for the organization, directing tax strategy, compliance, and financial reporting while ensuring the integrity of tax provisions under GAAP and Statutory standards. This role advises senior leadership on the tax implications of business strategies, including M&A and capital management, and oversees consolidated compliance and premium tax strategy. The position also involves leading tax controversy defense, monitoring regulatory changes, and managing relationships with external auditors and taxing authorities.
