About this role
AECOM is seeking a seasoned Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS) Security & Resiliency growth leader to establish and grow the CPS Security & Resilience team within the Energy Practice and scale across other infrastructure sectors. The role focuses on strengthening the security, risk, and resilience of cyber-physical environments, engaging senior public and private sector leaders on digital strategy, cyber-informed engineering, risk modernization, and CPS program development. It is not IT-centric, with emphasis on the safety, security, and resilience of CPS/OT, ICS, SCADA, and digitally enabled CPS/IT systems. The position serves as a delivery-enabling function, partnering with Advisory and other lines to integrate CPS capabilities across critical infrastructure.
