About this role

The AVP, Technology Resilience & Recovery is a senior second line of defense leadership role responsible for establishing and leading Sun Life’s independent technology resilience capability across critical operations. The role provides enterprise oversight of technology recoverability, disaster recovery strategy, backup and data resilience, and ensures alignment with business impact tolerances, regulatory expectations, and actual technical recovery capabilities.
