Awake Overnight Shift Supervisor

The Awake Overnight Shift Supervisor provides leadership, therapeutic support, and direct supervision to Behavioral Health Practitioners and Residential Counselors in a Youth Residential Treatment Facility. This role is responsible for cultivating a safe, therapeutic, and trauma-informed environment that promotes the wellbeing and success of youth, families, and staff. The position ensures operational excellence through staff development, treatment implementation, and the consistent delivery of whole-person, relationship-based care.
