In der Familien Wellness Hotel Seeklause auf Usedom bieten wir eine Ausbildung zur Kauffrau bzw. zum Kaufmann für Hotelmanagement. Die Ausbildung vermittelt, wie ein Hotelbetrieb im Hintergrund funktioniert und wie Gästefreundlichkeit mit Herz und Verstand umgesetzt wird. Du bekommst Einblicke in verschiedene Abteilungen, entwickelst ein Gespür für Service, Planung und Kommunikation und wächst Schritt für Schritt in eine verantwortungsvolle Teamrolle hinein.
