B2C Integration Manager

This role serves as a manager-level individual contributor responsible for aligning headquarters and territory execution into a unified strategy-to-results engine. The position owns the integrated roadmap, manages operating rhythms, and drives governance and KPI-based execution discipline across functions and geographies without direct people management. Key duties include leading cross-functional strategic initiatives, running leadership cadences, and establishing PMO standards to ensure timely decision tracking and performance outcomes.
