Back of House Manager

This role is responsible for managing all aspects of the store's back of house operations, ensuring excellent service for staff and effective communication with internal departments and external providers. The position involves leading the stockroom team, managing inventory control, overseeing aftersales processes, and maintaining high standards for cleaning, maintenance, and health and safety. The Back of House Manager supports the Store Manager in minimizing losses, reducing shrinkage, and ensuring accurate reporting and stock take results.
