The Lead for Back Office Loan Servicing will manage a team of operations associates supporting legal operations functions such as Bankruptcy, SCRA, Hardship, and recovery payment processing. The role partners cross-functionally with analytics, risk, and fraud teams, maintains vendor relationships, and supports compliance reviews and audits. This position reports to the Senior Manager of Customer Solutions and contributes to short- and long-term strategy for the back-office team while ensuring manual processes are executed effectively.
