Back-office/AML Officer

About this role
The AML / Back Office Officer will monitor daily transactions, identify and investigate suspicious client behaviour, and support enforcement of AML policies and internal controls. The role works closely with the Head of AML and cross-functional teams to detect fraud, escalate high‑risk cases, and maintain compliance standards. This is a full‑time, shift‑based position in a fast‑growing fintech with flexible remote or onsite arrangements.
