Backend Engineer

This role is part of Bluehost's innovation team, where you will design and scale async, production-grade backend systems that treat AI as a first-class citizen. You will build multi-agent orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation, and provider-agnostic LLM integration into products used by millions of small businesses. The position requires a self-starter who can take ideas from concept to production with full ownership over architecture and outcomes.
