Backend Engineer

This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining customer-facing features within a multi-tenant backend architecture using Go and PostgreSQL. The position requires building production-grade AI workflows, optimizing database performance, and ensuring system reliability and scalability across diverse customer workspaces. The engineer will take end-to-end ownership of features, from initial design and implementation to deployment and incident resolution, while leveraging AI-assisted development tools.
