Backend Lead

The Backend Lead will architect and build the robust infrastructure required to power Agentic AI products, leading the development of the platform's core layer where LLMs are transformed into autonomous agents. This role involves designing multi-agent systems, developing scalable asynchronous APIs, and implementing secure tooling and memory management systems. The position requires expert-level Python skills and a deep understanding of AI integration within deterministic backend environments.
