Backend Operator

The Backend Operator is responsible for operating production equipment and supporting manufacturing processes to produce safe, quality cans efficiently and on time. This role requires adherence to established procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols while meeting production targets and contributing to continuous improvement efforts. The position involves performing daily process checks, recording defect data, and communicating with supervisors regarding any unusual issues.
