Backend Software Engineer

The Backend Software Engineer at Outset is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing backend services and APIs, with a focus on real-time data processing and the implementation of an in-house Large Language Model. This role requires collaboration with the CTO and CEO to drive technical decisions, along with user interaction to gather feedback and improve the product. Candidates should have over three years of experience in software engineering, proficient in Python and Django, and familiar with SQL databases, preferably Postgres, and AWS deployment. Familiarity with WebRTC and real-time data streaming is a plus.
