As a Bagel Sous at PopUp Bagels, you will support Shop Leaders in driving culinary and hospitality excellence within a scratch-based kitchen environment. You will master bagel station operations, train teammates on recipes and procedures, and manage daily tasks including inventory, waste logs, and restaurant open/close protocols. This role requires taking initiative as a leader to ensure tasks are completed to standard while maintaining high food safety grades.
