Baggage Development Team Lead

This role leads the development and operationalisation of greenfield and brownfield baggage infrastructure and systems for Changi Airport, ensuring new capabilities are safe, efficient, and operationally ready. The position involves formulating operations requirements, developing future operating concepts, and leading operational planning for major baggage handling system programs. It requires strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and the ability to coach a team in delivering key organisational objectives.
