Baker and Packager Associate

The Baker and Packager Associate prepares fresh baked items daily by following recipes, wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise to ensure members receive the freshest products. This role involves maintaining food safety standards, operating baking equipment, and providing exceptional customer service to members in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Associates will also assist with inventory management and help establish the culture and standards for a new club location.
